More about me
I recently graduated from the College of Charleston in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Film Studies. I am passionate about video production and online media, bringing creativity, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every project I undertake.
Through my experience working for Cistern Yard Video and my internship with WCBD, I have extensively grown and enhanced my video production skills. I have edited and produced a variety of projects for different media outlets. I also have a range of experience in editing software, including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, and I have an Avid Certification from the Geogira Film Academy. Getting away from editing through my experiences with Cistern Yard Video and my internship with WCBD, I also gained plenty of experience in various Pre-production skills like production planning, scheduling, and managing relationships with different clients.
My long-term career goal is to help people tell their authentic stories through video and online media. I want to help as many people as I can amplify their voices through the power of media.
Outside of my work, I am part of the CofC Comedy Club, where I help put on a skit comedy show each semester called "Cougar Night Live." I have been managed, written, and performed in five different shows throughout my time at the College of Charleston.
In addition to that, I am also a self-proclaimed expert in all things that involve pop culture and social topics. I am also an avid film buff who is always keeping up to date with the latest releases.
